The story.

Born in Bondi Beach, Sydney Australia to Georgina DINGLE and Edward WALL, Martin is younger brother to Jamie and older brother to Sally.

After gaining entry to a school for artistic development, Martin graduated aged 18 with a diploma in Graphic Design seeing him into the professional arts community.

Martin joined WALT DISNEY ANIMATION as an in-betweener where he remained for 3 years before taking his savings aged 21 and purchasing a one-way ticket abroad.

Martin's 3 year journey through Europe, Scandinavia and Canada included impromptu theatre appearances in Vancouver.

Returning to Australia age 24, Martin commenced studies in drama at the ACTORS CENTRE.

While freelancing as an illustrator to fund his studies, Martin secured an agent and began accessing audition rooms. Freelancing subsided as various commercials and bite sized parts were booked, building his reputation in the acting community.

In 2001 Martin became a household name being cast as Flynn Saunders in Home & Away and attending his first LOGIES (Australian Television Awards) as a nominee for “Best New Talent”.

After a rewarding 2 years in the role of Flynn Saunder, Martin decided not to extend his contract, feeling the urge to explore new projects.
