Martin Dingle Wall played rouge Fire Chief Jake Hudson, the antagonist to Dean Gallagher (Les Hill), the Team Leader for Special Operations.

Both experts in their fields Jake & Dean went head to head like Alpha Male Bull Rams at most turns, both feeling that there approach to resolving the danger at hand was the most efficient.

This was not helped by Jakes flirtatious attitude towards Dean’s right hander Lara Knight (Gigi Edgley) who found herself available to the extra attention regardless of what motivated it.

The relationship was most often harmless sparing considering the environment they worked in, but when real situations turn bad they are quick to turn on each other & when they do, they mean it.
